It is submitted that the industry was given personal hearing before the worthy chairman of the board on 12.6.24 and proceedings of the same are awaited. Case is pending from long time . It is therefore requested that case be returned to the industry with an advice to resubmit the same after making the compliance of decisions of personal hearing as and when received. case can’t be returned from my portal as its scrutiny is already completed.It is therefore requested to return the same at your end plz. |
