Sir, air emission sampling of the industry was carried out on 24.06.2024 and as per the analysis report received from the zonal lab, concentration of SPM was found 151 mg/Nm3 against the limit of 500 mg/ Nm3, hence same was found within the limits prescribed by the Board. Further the industry has now deposit consent fee of Rs. 21600/- under Air Act 1981, which is adequate upto 30.06.2029.
In view of the above, it is recommended fresh consent to operate under Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be granted to the industry for dyed PC/Polyester Cloth @ 8 T/day upto 30.06.2029 with special conditions that the industry shall newer use fuel of sub standard quality.
