Sir, the compliance of documents is enclosed herewith for kind perusal. Further air emission sampling of the industry was carried out on 24.06.2024 and as per the analysis report received from the zonal lab, concentration of SPM was found 202 mg/Nm3 against the limit of 350 mg/ Nm3, hence same was found within the limits prescribed by the Board.
In view of above, it is recommended that:- 1. Consent to operate under Air Act, 1981 for dyeing of cloth @ 5200 Kgs/day, finishing of cloth @ 14400 Kgs/day with trade effluent @ 720.0 KLD and domestic effluent @ 9.0 KLD into CETP 50 MLD may be granted to the industry for the period of 06 months with usual conditions. 2. Industry may be directed to not to operate its printing machinery as well as winch machines. 3. Directions u/s 33-A of the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 be issued to the PSPCL authority to restore electricity connection of the industry for period of six months.
