Clarification Note: To Environmental Engineer Punjab Pollution Control Board Regional Office-II, Jalandhar. Sub: Reply of the clarification raised by your office Respected Sir, The point-wise reply of the observations raised is as under: 1. Our project has been approved under the Punjab Affordable Housing Policy, 2023 notified dated 22.03.2023 and as per the said policy the max. allowable population density has been given as 400 PPA (Persons per Acre) thereunder. Accordingly, we are submitting the revised water balance in light of the same density for the project as under: REVISED WATER BALANCE AS PER NORMS: Component Estimated Population as per Norms Quantity of Water Required per day Say Residential Plots (134 Plots)in 14249.14 sqyd or 2.95 Acres area Taking density as 400 PPA: 1180 * 135 ltr/ 160 KLD 2.95 * 400 = 1180 person = 1,59,300ltr Say 1180 persons Flushing Requirement 1180 persons 1180 * 45ltr/ person 53.1 KLD = 53.1 KLD Total Water Demand = 160 KLD Waste Water Generation (@ 80%) = 128 KLD Flushing Water Requirement = 53.1 KLD Excess Wastewater for Disposal = 75 KLD 1. Furthermore, we shall install STP of capacity 100KLD based on MBBR technology for treatment of the wastewater generated. 2. We are attaching land agreement for 4 Acres, out of which we shall develop plantation area (as per kanal Technology) in 1 Acres for the disposal of the treated excess wastewater @ 75 KLD. 3. We have already deposited the extra NOC fee for red NEFT No. POD025465039 Dated. 18.06.2023 also changed the category orange to red. Hope you find all in order and process our case For. Tower Home
