Sir, the application of the industry was scrutinized and it has been observed that:-
1. The industry has not submitted the record of fresh water consumed as well as effluent discharged.
2. The industry has not submitted map with earmarked location of all active/closed submersible pumps / fresh water sources.
3. The industry has not submitted the area classification certificate/ approved building plan from the Concerned Authorities.
It is therefore requested to submit the reply within 02 days.
