The industry has added 1 no. paint booth with cyclone as APCD. And also, make changes in the raw material and product (Attached herewith). It has already obtained authorization under Hazardous & Other Wastes (Management & Transboundary Movement) Rules, 2016 vide no. HWM/renew/LDH1/2021/16114769 dated 31/07/2021 valid upto 30/07/2026 for category no. 5.1 (Used or spent oil) @ 0.04 KL/Annum, 12.2 (Spent acid and alkali) @ 120 KL/Annum and 21.1 (Process wastes, residues and sludges) @ 0.006 T/Annum.
Current storage of hazardous waste is as under:
Category 5.1 = 47 liter
Category 21.1= 45 Kg
Category 12.2 = 0.6 KL
