The reply to the observations is given in the note of AEE, which may kindly be perused. In light of the facts given in the said note, it is recommended as under :
a) Directions may be issued to PSPCL authorities for permanently restoring the electric connection of the industry, as it has been found compliance in previous 3 visits.
b) The consent to operate under the Water Act, 1974 and the Air Act, 1981 may be granted for six months subject to suitable conditions and additional conditions as mentioned in the note of AEE, please.
