The reply to the observations is given in the note of AEE, which may kindly be perused.
In view of the said reply and recommendations of EE, RO, SAS Nagar, it is recommended that
a) Directions may be issued to PSPCL authorities for permanent restoration of the electric connection of the industry.
b) The consent to operate under the Water Act, 1974 and the Air Act, 1981 may be granted for six months subject to suitable conditions and additional conditions as proposed by RO, please.
