The industry is a small scale red category dyeing unit and was granted consent to operate under the Water Act, 1974 vide no. CTOW/Varied/LDH3/2024/25227033 dated 30.05.2024 for dyeing of yarn/fiber @ 3650 Kgs/day with trade effluent generation @ 338.0 KLD & domestic effluent @ 1.0 KLD into conveyance system of CETP 50 MLD, which is valid upto 29.05.2025......
Now, the industry has applied for varied consent to operate under Water Act, 1974 for dyeing of yarn and fiber @ 3650 Kgs/day with trade effluent generation @ 338.0 KLD & domestic effluent @ 1.0 KLD into conveyance system of CETP 50 MLD......
At this stage the industry had to apply for renewal of consent to operate.... But the industry has applied for varied consent to operate.... Also the previous consent is valid for upto 29.05.2025....
If approved, RO be asked to clarify as to why the industry has applied for varied consent to operate and also applied well before about one year from the date of expiry of the previous consent, please........
