This is a case of incomplete documentation, therefore SCN is not required. Board has already circulated CPCB Guidelines for compliance. Accordingly, the Project proponent may be advised to obtain a permissibility certificate for alloying the setting up/operation or the unit in question i.e the municipal body (within a MC limit or from Department of Country Planing)(if outside the MC limits) or submit document to fulfill the PPCB general Guidelines.
Also ensure that the PP shall comply with the SOPs by CPCB. In case, there is any deficiency inform the PP to comply.
PP to complete the application as above and re-submit to the board.
