Kindly peruse the complete note history of application. From above, it is noted that the pp is required to make proper arrangement for disposal of kitchen waste and mechanical composter shall be installed for this.
It is therefore recommended that the validity of consent to operate under the provisions of the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 be renewed upto 30.09.2025 with following special conditions that::
1. The project proponent shall comply with the guidelines/mechanism for control of pollution and enforcement of Environment norms at individual Establishment and the Area/Cluster of Restaurants/Hotels/Motels/Banquets etc. issued vide Board's office order no. 64 dated 02.02.2021.
2.The industry shall either install mechanical composter or compost pits for disposal of its bio-degradable waste within 3 months time and shall submit report to the Board.
3.. The project proponent will not dispose off its untreated/treated effluent by any unauthorized means. |
