Sir, Earlier, the application was returned with the observations raised to the industry. But the industry has again applied with the same observations "The indsutry has not filled the application form properly. The industry has submitted the completion certificate without letter pad ref. no. and date. The industry is required to submit the certificate from DFSC regarding the unit is not in operation for last season. The industry has not submitted dimensional drawing of septic tank. The industry has not submitted CLU certificate from concerned department.
If approved, the application of the industry may be returned with request to reapply after removing above said observations please. |
