Sir, the industry is green category unit and adjoining to new rice sheller unit M/s Shiva Agro Industries, Village Bhana, the DTP has reported (attcahed) as under:
In reference to this office letter no. 2542 dated 16.05.2023, the DTP Faridkot vide letter memo no. 372 dated 19.05.2023 for establishment of Rice sheller unit in an area of 39 kanals 00 marlas, bearing khasra 1241min (6-15) 1240min (17-2) 1237min (15-3), in revenue estate of Village Bhana, Tehsil & District Faridkot, which is reproduced as under:-
A(i) ਵਿਸ਼ੇ ਅਧੀਨ ਸਾਈਟ ਕਿਸੇ ਡੈਜੀਗਨੇਟਿਡ ਫੋਕਲ ਪੁਆਇਂਟ ਜਾਂ ਉਦਯੋਗਿਕ ਖੇਤਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਨਹੀਂ ਪੈਂਦੀ ਹੈ ।
A(ii) ਸਾਈਟ ਲੋਕਲ ਪਲੈਨਿੰਗ ਏਰੀਆ, ਫਰੀਦਕੋਟ ਦੀ ਹਦੂਦ ਅੰਦਰ ਪੈਂਦੀ ਹੈ, ਜਿਸਦਾ ਮਾਸਟਰ ਪਲੈਨ ਤਿਆਰ ਨਹੀਂ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ । ਸਾਈਟ ਦੇ ਦੋ ਕਿਲੋਮੀਟਰ ਦੇ ਘੇਰੇ ਅੰਦਰ ਕੋਈ ਵੀ ਅਰਬਨ ਲੋਕਲ ਬਾਡੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਪੈਂਦੀ ।
A(iii) ਸਾਈਟ ਦੇ 500 ਮੀਟਰ ਦੇ ਘੇਰੇ ਅੰਦਰ ਕੋਈ ਵੀ ਨੈਸ਼ਨਲ ਹਾਈਵੇਅ, ਸਟੇਟ ਹਾਈਵੇਅ, ਸ਼ਡਿਊਲ ਰੋਡ ਅਤੇ ਬਾਈਪਾਸ ਨਹੀਂ ਪੈਂਦੀ ।
Therefore, the site of the industry is suitable for regularization.
