The application has been examined and found that:-
• Earlier the NOC was granted to the project proponent (vide application no. 22918260) under green category for establishment of RMC plant dated 07.08.2023 (valid upto 06.08.2024) for development of in a land area of 34 kanals 07 Marlas bearing khasra nos. 103//24/1(2-7), 109//4(8-0), 7/1(5-0), 7/2(2-0), 7/3(1-0), 14(8-0), 17/1(5-4), 17(2-16) in the revenue estate of Village Rajiana, Hadbast no. 110, Tehsil Baghapurana, District Moga...............
• Thereafter, fresh NOC granted under green category for production of WMM @ 300 TPH vide application no. 22918080 dated (valid upto ) in the same land area i.e. 34 kanals 07 Marlas bearing khasra nos. 103//24/1(2-7), 109//4(8-0), 7/1(5-0), 7/2(2-0), 7/3(1-0), 14(8-0), 17/1(5-4), 17(2-16) in the revenue estate of Village Rajiana, Hadbast no. 110, Tehsil Baghapurana, District Moga ....................
• Now again an application applied for obtaining consent to establish (NOC) under orange category for establishment of hot mix plant in the same land area i.e. 34 kanals 07 Marlas bearing khasra nos. 103//24/1(2-7), 109//4(8-0), 7/1(5-0), 7/2(2-0), 7/3(1-0), 14(8-0), 17/1(5-4), 17(2-16) in the revenue estate of Village Rajiana, Hadbast no. 110, Tehsil Baghapurana, District Moga..................
• If approved, the Regional Office be requested to clarify the reason to process separate NOC applications rather than NOC expansion of all the three projects i.e. RMC, WMM & HMP, as the said projects are being established in the same land area of 34 kanal 07 marlas. |
