Approved as proposed with the addition of following special conditions to the already mentioned above by AEE.
1. The industry will not manufacture any banned Single Use Plastic item or any other item legal/illegal for which it has not obtained consent from the Board.
2. The industry will comply with the provisions of Master Plan as and when it is notified as mentioned in the DTP letter submitted by the industry with the application and in case the industry comes under non conforming zone after the notification of Master Plan, it will not have any claim for continuing its operation at the said location or for any financial assistance on the basis of the CTE/NOC granted to it. |
