It is submitted that the report of the Regional Office has been examined and observed that the Regional Office has processed the application under auto renewal policy.
As such, in view of the recommendations of Environmental Engineer, Regional Office, Patiala, renewal of consents to operate under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 & the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be renewed upto 30.09.2026 subject to suitable conditions and special conditions as proposed by Regional Office, please.
