The undersigned was on e-leave from 1/7 to 5/7 pl
The report of the Regional Office has been examined and observed as under:
1. RO has mentioned that the project proponent has reserved 1 bigha land (taken on lease) for plantation. However, it has not clearly given the details whether proper plantation has been carried out in the said land for disposal of treated wastewater. Also, RO to comment on the adequacy of this green area for disposal of entire treated water.
2. As per the report, it seems that the project proponent has provided no. of septic tanks in the premises. RO to clarify whether these septic tanks are of adequate capacity to treat the wastewater and is there any single outlet has been provided by the project proponent to monitor the same by the Board.
3. Whether the project proponent has laid any pipeline upto plantation area for disposal of treated wastewater.
4. Whether any water meter installed on the tubewell as well as oulet to adjudge the water consumption viz a viz discharge by the project proponent .
5. Whether Hari Bhari NGO mentioned in the note of RO is authorized to lift the solid waste.
As such, EE RO Patiala may be asked to reply the above observations immediately so as to decide the application of the project proponent accordingly.
