In light of the facts given in the said note and recommendations of EE, RO, SAS Nagar,it is recommended consent to establish (NOC) under the Water Act, 1974 and the Air Act, 1981 may be granted for one year subject to suitable conditions and additional conditions as proposed by RO, please.
