The compliance w.r.t. special conditions imposed in the CTE specifically w.r.t. the built up area and the flow meters............... In reply to the clarification it is submitted that: 1. The PP has provided common STP @ 1350 KLD for the treatment of domestic effluent of M/s Sheesh Mahal Developers Limited( colony), Ganpati Enclave, Ganpati Enclave phase-1, Sheesh Mahal Heights, Sheesh Mahal Enclave, Dabwali Road, Bathinda. STP has been installed inside the premises of M/s Sheesh Mahal. 2. The common STP of capacity 1350 KLD has been installed consisting of Screen Chamber à Sewage Collection cum Equalization Tank à Secondary Biological Treatment (2 no.) (New + Existing) à Secondary Tube Settler Tank (2 no.) (New + Existing) à Pressure Sand Filter à Activated Carbon Filter à Hypo Dosing à Sludge Drying Beds (New + Existing) à Onto Land for plantation for gardening. 3. The approx. present discharge of the STP as per avg. of the June 2024 is 450-500 KLD. 4. The colonizer has been covered as bulk waste generated under the Solid Waste Rules, 2016. The solid waste including wet waste is being lifted by MC, BTI in door 2 door scheme collection. 5. The PP has submitted building plan copy of the school established as per which the total proposed covered area is approx 5000sqm and the present partial covered area is 2507 sqm as the school has been established and made operational for 2 floors only. Further 3 no. houses have been constructed and 2 are under construction as such the builtup area at present is less than 20,000sqm. 6 The PP has made provision to use treated effluent for gardening. 7. The PP has not installed flowmeter at the sewerline leading to the common STP. It is therefore recommended that the consent to operate may be granted to the project proponent for the operation of a Residential Colony of 48 no. residential plots and school site in an area of 8.0125 acres upto 30.09.2027 with usual & earlier imposed conditions.
