It is submitted that the PP has contacted undersigned telephonically and requested to re-visit saying that the works regarding incompletions have been completed by them. Since the undersigned was on visit to that area during telephonic request as such the industry was revisited on the request of the industry and the status of the compliance by the industry was updated.

Keeping in view of above, it is recommended that consents to operate under the Water Act, 1974 and Air Act, 1981 may be granted to the industry for operation of rice sheller unit of capacity 5 TPH of Raw rice /Sorted Rice with Dryer under the Orange category for a period upto 31.03.2028 with suitable conditions along with special condition that the rice sheller will provide the pucca movement road in the movement area inside the premises within 15 days. |
