It is submitted that the industry was granted consent to operate under the Water Act, 1974 vide no. CTOW/Fresh/MOG/2023/23216688 and the Air Act, 1981 vide no. CTOA/Fresh/MOG/2023/23216677 dated upto 24.08.2023 for operation of ready mix concrete to produce ready mix concrete @ 112.5 TPH valid upto 31.07.2025, after obtaining Consent to Establish (NOC) for establishment of RMC plant in the area bearing khasra no. 109//14, in revenue estate of Village Rajeana, Tehsil Baghapurana District Moga.
Also, the industry has obtained consent to operate under the Water Act, 1974 vide no. CTOW/Fresh/MOG/2023/23216044 and the Air Act, 1981 vide no. CTOA/Fresh/MOG/2023/23216041 dated upto 24.08.2023 for operation of wet mix macadam plant to produce CTB, CTGSB, AIL @ 300 TPH after obtaining Consent to Establish (NOC) for installation of Wet Mix Macadam in the area bearing khasra no. 109//17/1(5-4) & 17/2(2-16) , in revenue estate of Village Rajeana, Tehsil Baghapurana District Moga.
This application having the same area for which the industry has obtained permission for operation of RMC plant as well as WMM plant. But, the industry has submitted its application for Consent to Establish (NOC) from another OCMMS ID G23MOG394485.
As discussed with the representative of the project, the industry has applied NOC for expansion from its existing OCMMS ID from which it had already obtained permission for operation of RMC plant.
In view of the above, if approved, application of the industry may be returned as the industry has applied consent to establish (NOC for expansion).
