It is submitted that reply of observations of the Competent Authority is as under:
-- As per the calculation sheet the wastewater from the project will be generated to the tune of 38 KLD.
-- In column no. 1 (g) of the agenda note the type of industry has been taken by default by the system.
-- The project proponent has submitted only Allotment letter from GMADA. The representative was also requested telephonically to submit the permission from GMADA to discharge wastewater into its sewer. However, he has failed to submit the same.
In view of the above, show cause notice may be issued to the project proponent under the Water Act, 1974 due to above said reasons, please. |
