The matter was discussed with the Regional Office-1, Jalandhar. The effluent disposal in the green park will be @ 8 Lt/sqm/day, as such the total water disposal in 0.78 acres will be 25 KL. The project proponent has not submitted any other proposal for disposal of effluent. As such, the land is in adequate.
Further, the total salable area is 15809.43 Sq. yard. As per building bye laws of permissible ground coverage is 70% of saleable area and FAR is 2.1. As such, total covered area will be 19431.47 sq. meter.
In view of the above, if approved, it is recommended that the NOC be refused. |
