There is increase in the value of building compared to previous CA certificate. The industry is required to submit reason for increase alongwith amended building plan approved. There is increase in the value of plant and machinery as compared to previous CA certificate. The industry is required to submit reason for increase alongwith bills of the new machinery installed. The industry is required to certify that whether there is any change in the quantity and type of product for which previous consent has been granted. The industry is required to deposit NOC regularization fee of Rs. 5600/-
