Sir the matter was discussed with the PP and it was informed that the Project has applied for partial completion from the Concerned Authorities.
The PP has submitted plans as per which the permissible FAR is 1.5 of the total plot area (8188.31 sqm) which is 12282.465 sqm.
As per the plan submitted the FAR for the partial completion applied is 0.327 for the floors which have been made operational for school(ground floor as well as first floor) and total built up area for 2 floors is 2677.577 sqm.
As per the proposed total FAR by the Project i.e. 0.61 the built up area is 5051.87 sqm approx. which is less than 20,000sqm.
If approved the CTO may be granted with condition that the PP shall submit completion certificate from concerned authorities mentioning the built-up area. |
