The application of the pp was scrutinized and it is observed as under:
1. The industry has applied under ORANGE category, which is not in order.
2. The industry has not uploaded building plan approved u/s 3A Of the Factories Act, 1948.
3. The industry has not submitted land use classification alongwith the online application. As such, suitability of site cannot be adjudged.
4. Details of fee deposited alongwith penalty has not been submitted. Further, due to point no. 1 above, adequacy of fee cannot be adjudged.
As such, the application cannot be processed at this stage and is returned online, with the request to resubmit the same after attending above. Submitted for approval to return the application as per above, please.
