The application of the industry was scrutinized and it is observed as under:
1. The project proponent has earlier obtained ‘consent to operate’ under the both Acts. However, now the industry has applied for obtaining Fresh ‘consent to operate’. Please clarify the reason.
2. The industry has not uploaded compliance report of conditions of the ‘consent to operate’ under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981.
Please clarify within 02 days.
