The application of the pp was scrutinized and it is observed as under:
1. The project proponent has submitted its CA certificate, which is showing increase in its value of fixed assets from Rs. 191.59 lakhs (in the Year 2015) to Rs. 1059.17 lakhs. The project proponent needs to submit details of expansion.
2. Adequacy of consent fee cannot be adjudged due to the above.
3. The project proponent has uploaded a copy of building plan along with online application. However, the same are not clear and readable.
4. The industry has submitted land use classification certificate vide letter no. 1845 dated 23.09.2022, as per which the land falls under the Existing residential, Existing industry and some part of Industrial Zone. The industry needs to submit land use classification issued by the concerned department, in which, different areas (Khasra nos.) are clearly demarcated viz-a-viz land use pattern as per Master Plan and whether the industry is allowed to continue its operations at the site, or not.
As such, the application cannot be processed at this stage and is required to be online. Submitted for approval to return the application as per above, please.
