EE, ZO vide her note dated 01.07.2024 has mentioned in the first line of her note that the industry is medium scale Red Category unit, but has mentioned the Competency as Member Secretary. The industry was given hearing before CEE (B) being medium scale red category unit and action for revoking of CTO and sealing of the machinery was ordered accordingly. SEE ZO is requested to recheck the scale of the industry and resubmit the same with copy of the CA certificate mentioning plant and machinery value with competency by tomorrow positively. |
