Discussed , it is submitted that the industry was issued directions u/s 33-A of the Water (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and 31-A of the Air (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 for disconnection of electric supply available to the industry vide Board’s letter no. 7914-17 dated 21.11.2023. The industry has not fully removed the discrepancies observed during the previous visit and the industry was guided to remove the discrepancies , so if approved ,the application of the industry be returned and the industry be asked to apply after remove the discrepancies |
