| Clarification Note: |
While scrutinized the case it has been observed that:-
1. Industry has not intimated the plantation area to discharge the treated domestic effluent.
2. The industry has filled as November/2023 as date of Commissioning of the industry, whereas, as per Board record it has applied for 1st time consent under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 on 29.05.2023 after deposited the required consent fee, which is contradictory each other, please clarify ?
3. CA Certificate submitted by the industry is in the name of M.W.Multimetals (unit of Meli Mal Waliti Ram Traders Pvt. Ltd.), whereas the consent has been applied in the name of Meli Mal Waliti Ram Traders Pvt. Ltd., Pl clarify ?
