While scrutinized the case it has been observed that:-
1. In consent application form industry has filled 3 induction furnaces and 1 Shot Blast Machine installed, on the other hand the manufacturing process/product is forged item, which is required to be clarify?
2. The industry has filled as November/2023 as date of Commissioning of the industry, whereas, as per Board record it has applied for 1st time consent under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 on 29.05.2023 after depositedthe required consent fee, which is contradictory each other, please clarify ?
3. CA Certificate submitted by the industry is in the name of M.W.Multimetals (unit of Meli Mal Waliti Ram Traders Pvt. Ltd.), whereas the consent has been applied in the name of Meli Mal Waliti Ram Traders Pvt. Ltd., Pl clarify ?
