The industry has submitted a request letter, which is reproduced as under:
“We are pleased to inform you that our enterprise has already working with 26 % green area and we are going to increase it from 26 % to 33 % in the next six months. Our organization believes in ‘Go Green, Breathe Clean’ Motto. As per MSME notification dated 01.06.2020 we are covered under Medium scale, as our investment on plant & machinery is Rs. 42.59 Crore i.e. less then 50 Crore and our turnover does not exceed 250 crore.”
Signed copy of Environmental Clearance conditions compliance is attached herewith.
The industry has yet to achieve the target plantation area i.e. 33 % of plant area. It has requested six months time to achieve the target. Further, it has installed 2 no. ambient air monitoring stations i.e. 1 no. inside the shed and 1 no. outside shed instead of installation of 4 no. ambient air monitoring stations as per Environmental Clearance condition.
