While processing the case, it has came to notice that the poultry farm has not submitted proof of its date of expansion. Thus, this office is not in position to adjudge whether the expansion was carried out before/after the notification w.r.t. specific sitting guidelines and Environmental guidelines framed for the operation of poultries.
As such, the application cannot be processed at this stage and may be returned.
As, the scrutiny was already completed by undersigned. So you are requested to either return application from your good portal or give me approval to return the same, pls. |
