Please peruse my comments in the previous application, wherein it has been stated that...... "Please recheck the category (red/orange/white/green) and mention the category no. and also that industry has applied under appropriate category. If not, ask the industry to apply under relevant category" ................................
In response, AEE has recorded in the previous note history that ............ "The industry has applied wrongly in category 2087- manufacturing of pasted veneers using gas fired boiler or thermic fluid heater and by sun drying instead of 2056 - Ply-board manufacturing" ........................
Whereas, the category 2056 states that ........
"Ply-board manufacturing (including veneer and laminate) with oil fired boiler/ thermic fluid
heater (without resin plant)" .............
It is observed that the industry has wood fired boilers and also have glue kettle. Therefore the industry fall in red category. Get the application filed in appropriate category. If no specific category under red category list is there, get the application filed in miscellaneous category. Also check the consent fees under the red category.
Further EE ZO has mentioned that competency of grant lies with SEE. However, the industry has plant and machinery amounting to 1205 lacs. Please check the competency.
