| Clarification Note: |
While scrutinized the case it has been observed that:-
1. The fixed assets of the industry has been increased from Rs. 553.98 Lacs as on 30.06.2023 to 783.47 Lacs as on 30.04.2024 i.e. Rs. 229.49 Lacs increased, please submit the head-wise details of increased fixed assets.
2. In light of Sr.No. (1), industry is required to deposit Rs. 10,800/- as NOC regularisation fee + Rs. 500/- as consent form fee either with Water or Air Consent application
3. The compliance report of consent conditions submitted by the industry is not as per the previous consent granted to the industry, please submit the compliance report in annotated form as per last consent granted to the industry on 15.11.2023, which was valid upto 14.05.2024.
4. The electric connection of the industry was restored temporarily for 6 months i.e. upto 14.05.2024, hence, industry is required to submit an application to extend the further restoration of electric connection.
