As per the decisions of the hearing held before the Hon'ble Chairman of the Board on 25.6.2024, Environmental Engineer, Punjab Pollution Control Board, Regional
Office, SAS Nagar is required to visit the project site immediately to verify the
contentions of the project proponent w.rt compliance of EC conditions
and thereafter send the report alongwith recommendations within 7-
days.
But, neither the compliance report of EC conditions in annotated form duly verified by the visiting officer has been sent by RO nor any comments are given in this regard.
In view of the above, if approved , EE,RO,SAS Nagar be asked to send the compliance report of EC conditions in annotated form duly verified by the visiting officer, so as to enable this office to proceed further in the matter, please. |
