The report of the Regional office has been examined and found that the Hospital is complying with the provisions of the Water Act, 1974 and Air Act, 1981 as well as BMW rules, 2016.
In view of the recommendations of EERO, Patiala, fresh consents to operate under the Water Act, 1974 and the Air Act, 1981 may be granted to the Hospital upto 30.09.2028 for operation of 300 bedded hospital with suitable conditions and special conditions as proposed by Regional Office, please.
