The details of the case may kindly be perused in the note of AEE.
The PP was given personal hearing before the Hon'ble Chairman of the Board on 25/6/2024 wherein, it was decided as under:
Environmental Engineer, Punjab Pollution Control Board, Regional Office, SAS Nagar
shall visit the project site immediately to verify the contentions of the project
proponent w.r.t compliance of EC conditions and thereafter send the report alongwith
recommendations within 7-days.
But neither the RO has sent the compliance of EC conditions in annotated form duly verified by the visiting officer nor given any comments in this regard.
In view of the above, if approved, RO may be asked to send compliance of EC conditions in annotated form duly verified by the visiting officer as per decisions of hearing so as to enable this office to proceed further in the matter, please,
