The compliance of decisions of hearing is given in the note of AEE, which may kindly be perused. Furthermore, the reply to decision no. 2 of the personal hearing has also been explained in the above note. It is, therefore, recommended that extension in the validity of consent to establish (NOC) from pollution angle under the provisions of the Water Act, 1974 and the Air Act, 1981 may be granted upto 18.11.2025 with subject to suitable conditions and additional conditions mentioned in earlier CTE/NOC vide no. CTE/Fresh/PBIP/SAS/2023/2311872113 dated 19.12.2023 and additional condition that the project proponent will develop 15 mtr green belt in the land bearing Khasra No. 8 (4-0), 9 (4-0), 10 (4-13) and Khasra Nos 1572/7 (3-4), 1573/7 (0-16) towards the nearby poultry farm adjoining to the project site, in lieu of the special condition no. 4 & 5 of the earlier CTE/NOC, please.
