The report /recommendations of Regional Office be perused. The project falls in green category, The builtup area is less than 20,000 sqmtr. The effluent generation is 12.5 KLD for which STP of 15 MLD is proposed and discharged will be in to MC sewer, the PP has submitted receipt from MC Kapurthala. Keeping in view of above, it is recommended that consent to establish (NOC) under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be granted to the project proponent for one year with suitable conditions mentioned by RO and with special condition that:- 1. The project proponent shall made adequate arrangement for disposal of its treated effluent if the MC Kapurthala does not allow discharge into sewer. Competency Environmental Engineer. |
