Sir kindly peruse the note of RO as well as AEE (PBIP) as well as reply to the observation raised. After the perusal of reply, it has been observed that the PP will definitely have some kind of sports activities in the lake as it is having huge quantity of water in it. Further, if cleaning of the lake is to be taken by PP half yearly (though it is not mentioned in the feasibility report as well as visit of RO) but the same is apprehended and same will lead to depletion of ground water. Thus, it is proposed that in any case, PP will not discharge the whole water in case the cleaning is felt at any stage rather it may utilize the same after treatment into non-core activities or shall provide to nearby farmers for irrigation of fields. In light of the above, if approved, action as proposed by AEE (PBIP) regarding issuance of Consent to Establish (NOC) from pollution angle under the provisions of the Water Act, 1974 & the Air Act, 1981 for establishment of Commercial project in total land area of 8.90 Acres with max. covered area of 6315.15 sqm consisting of Commercial Shops @ 28 Numbers, Holiday Resort Rooms @ 21 Numbers, Exhibition Centre @ 07 Numbers, Sports Club @ 01 Numbers, Amenity Centre @ 01 Numbers & Lake @ 01 Numbers as components, upto 06.06.2025 (one year from date of application filing) subject to the conditions as mentioned in his note plus one additional condition that the PP shall not discharge the water of the lake during cleaning without treatment into any drain or any unauthorized place rather it will utilize the same after treatment into non-core activities or shall provide to nearby farmers for irrigation of fields. Aloes, the PP shall be intimate local office of PPCB at least 48 hrs before cleaning is to be taken of the lake. |
