Sir, Earlier applications of the poultry farm for obtaining CTO under Water Act,1974 & Air Act,1981 were refused and directions were issued by Competent Authority of the Board for closure of the unit as the poultry farm failed to fulfill applicable siting criteria for establishment. Considering said directions issued by the Board, the Honble High Court had earlier disposed off the case vide order dated 31.10.23 with no further directions.
Now the poultry farm has resubmitted the application for obtaining fresh CTE. The compliance report of latest applicable siting guidelines and comment on adequacy of proposal submitted by the poultry farm may please be referred from above note by AEE.
Submitted as proposed by AEE for grant of CTE under Water Act,1974 & Air Act,1981 for a period of one year.
