1) Previous application of the PP was returned with the comments that the competent authority has considered the application and has made observation that the slip of sewerage bill is not sufficient as a proof of permission by MC authorities for disposal into sewer. Written permission is required from MC that they will allow discharge of treated effluent to the PP. As such, this application is in-complete and is returned herewith for resubmitting the same after rectifying the above observations................... 2) The PP has failed to submit the written permission from the MC Authorities. Despite that, AEE concerned has completed the scrutiny and not raised the clarification................... 3) This fact about the observations of Zonal Office and return of application was concealed in the principal note of AEE dated 09.07.2024 and AEE even has recommended the case......... 4) This Office has taken a serious note of the conduct of AEE and same may be got noted to the AEE .......
5) Please note for future that the previous communications for return of application/special conditions of previous consents or NOC/higher authorities observations must be considered before sending fresh cases............ 6) Return the application to the PP with clear-cut directions to re-submit the same only after completing the said document..........
