It is submitted that While scrutinized the case it has been observed that:-
1. Industry has not intimated the plantation area to discharge the treated domestic effluent.
2. The industry has filled as November/2023 as date of Commissioning of the industry, whereas, as per Board record it has applied for 1st time consent under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 on 29.05.2023 after deposited the required consent fee, which is contradictory each other, please clarify ?
3. CA Certificate submitted by the industry is in the name of M.W.Multimetals (unit of Meli Mal Waliti Ram Traders Pvt. Ltd.), whereas the consent has been applied in the name of Meli Mal Waliti Ram Traders Pvt. Ltd., Pl clarify ?
The industry was requested to attend the above said observations and submit your reply within 2 days through clarification dated 08.07.2024.
In light of above said observation the industry has requested today(i.e. 10.07.2024) to return this application & so that the industry may submit new application with correct details. Hence, the consent application is required to the returned. But, I have no option to return the case.
You are requested to allow me to return the case with the request to the industry to re-submit the application after attending the observations raised through clarification dated 08.07.2024 at the earliest. Submitted, please. |
