Sir, the application was scrutinized and it was observed as under:
1. The industry has submitted the authority letter according to which, Smt. Manpreet Kaur, Smt. Amandeep Kaur and Sh. Sanjeev Rattan are the partners of the firm. However, the Project Proponent has submitted the partnership deed, wherein, it has mentioned that Sh. Preet Inder Singh, Sh. Rohit Goyal and Sh. Naman Jain are the partners of the firm. Kindly clarify.
2. The wastewater generation needs to be 168.8 KLD according to which, the project falls under Red category (1063). As such, category as well as feasibility report needs to be amended.
3. The project report submitted by the PP is not appropriate. As such, it is requested to submit the project report prepared by the Chartered Accountant in the prescribed format.
4. The PP has not submitted the layout plan approved from the Competent Authority.
5. The PP has submitted the feasibility report, wherein, it has mentioned that the PP has proposed to construct residential plots as well as commercial plots; however, it has applied for obtaining NOC for residential plots only. Kindly clarify.
6. The PP has not mentioned the cost of plant & machinery in the project report and application form.
As such, the application cannot be processed at this stage and if approved, the application may be returned. |
