Sir, the matter regarding authenticity of the certificate has been taken up with the Executive Officer, Bareta (additional charge Mansa) Sh. Balwinder Singh telephonically and also forwarded the copies through whatsapp. In reply of Sh. Balwinder Singh, EO, has informed that he has not issued any such certificate.
In view of above, the MC certificates attached by the HCF cannot be considered authentic and a proper channel letter will be written to EO for its official confirmation. Therefore, the application cannot be processed on the basis of this certificate and is required to be returned.
