Sir, it is submitted that in compliance to the observations raised in the SCN, it is submitted that
1) The industry is red category unit & has earlier applied for air/water act consents. the air act consent has been granted by the board valid up to 30.06.2026,
2) The industry has alraedy submitted electricity bill as commencement earlier online while applying consent.
3) The industry submitting the trade effluent record w. r. t. water consumed & effluent lifted which was verified during the visit and found to be correct.
4) The industry falls in industrial zone i.e. industrial area –C.
5) The industry has already submitted point wise compliance of NOC conditions, if obtained earlier online while applying consent and the compliance to the same has already been incorporated in the agenda note, it self.
In view of above, it is recommended that CTO may be decided as per the decisions of the personal hearing in view of above mentioned facts, please.
