It is intimated that the industry is a small scale green category unit. The industry has applied for fresh of consent to operate under Water Act, 1974 & Air Act, 1981 along with requisite documents. The industry has submitted approved building plan from architect approved by Director of Factories, Punjab. The industry has electricity bill as a proof of date of commissioning i.e. Feb, 2023. The industry falls in Industrial zone as per khasra number mentioned in the gazzete notification. The industry has deposited Rs. 36250/- vide UTR No. 414922623 dated 04.07.2024 (water), Rs. 36250/- vide UTR No. 142955235 dated 04.07.2024 (air) & Rs. 4200/- vide UTR No. 414922623 dated 04.07.2024 as NOC regularization fee against the fixed assets of Rs. 76.97 Lacs which is adequate upto 31.12.2028.
The site of industry was visited by the AEE/JEE of this office on 03.06.2024 and it was observed as under:-
1. The industry was in operation during visit and engaged in manufacturing of ASSEMBLY OF BICYCLE PARTS & ACCESSORIES, BICYCLES, BABY CARRIAGES & KIDS TRICYCLES
2. The industry has installed only moulding machines in its premises for making above products from virgin plastic granules.
3. The industry is discharging only domestic effluent into sewer. There is no generation of trade effluent.
4. The industry has submitted building plan from architect approved by Director of Factory, Pb.
5. The industry is complying with the provisions under Water Act, 1974 & Air Act, 1981.
Keeping in view of above, it is recommended that consent to operate under Water Act, 1974 & Air Act, 1981 may be granted to the industry upto 31.12.2028 please. Competency Environmental Engineer
