Sir, the application of the industry has been scrutinized, and it has been found that the industry has increased its fixed assets by Rs. 84.62 lakhs. However, the industry has failed to submit proper details of machinery installed as per the increased fixed assets. The industry has now applied for varied consent to operate under both acts. Upon scrutiny, it was found that the industry has not increased its production, and no changes were found in the application. However, the industry has decreased its cooling water consumption by 1 KLD, which is not satisfactory.
As such, the application of the industry is required to obtain consent to operate through auto-renewal portal. If approved, the application of the industry may be returned with a request to apply through auto-renewal.
